LocalPdfMerge is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. Results are for informational purposes; verify important documents independently before sharing or filing.

You may use the site for personal or commercial purposes with PDFs you own or are licensed to use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service.

Your documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to merge, split, download, and use any PDF you process. We do not host your files and cannot restore them. Do not use this tool to infringe copyright or process documents you are not allowed to handle.

LocalPdfMerge does not claim certified redaction, legal advice, e-discovery certification, or regulatory compliance (including any 等保 certification). Page-copy merge/split may drop signatures, bookmarks, forms, or tags.

Limits

Browser memory and CPU limit file size and page count. Soft guidance: about 25 MiB per file and about 64 MiB per batch. Encrypted or damaged PDFs may fail. Compress and OCR are out of scope for v1.
